Dangote Petroleum Refinery has introduced a significant price reduction for its Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), bringing the price down from N970 to N899.50 per litre. This initiative, described as a “holiday promo,” aims to alleviate transportation costs for Nigerians during the festive period.
In a statement released by Anthony Chiejina, Group Chief Branding and Communications Officer of Dangote Group, the company also announced a unique offer to make the holidays even brighter for its consumers.
“To ease transportation expenses this Yuletide season, Dangote Refinery is offering a special discount on PMS. Starting today, our petrol will be available at N899.50 per litre at our truck loading gantry or SPM. Additionally, for every litre purchased on a cash basis, consumers can buy another litre on credit, secured by a bank guarantee from Access Bank, First Bank, or Zenith Bank,” Chiejina stated.
The price reduction comes at a crucial time for many Nigerians, as transportation costs often spike during the holidays due to increased demand. By offering a reduced price and an innovative credit option, Dangote Refinery is addressing the financial strain typically experienced by families and commuters during this season.
