Chelsea’s spending spree under chairman Todd Boehly shows no signs of slowing down, with the club’s investment surpassing £1 billion ($1.3 billion) since his takeover in West London.
Despite the looming threat of sanctions for violating Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations and Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR), the club continues to make significant moves in the transfer market.
The latest addition to Chelsea’s roster is Portuguese international Pedro Neto, who arrives from Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers. At 24, the winger has joined the Blues after proving himself as a reliable performer in the English top flight, despite facing injury setbacks during his tenure at Molineux.
