Mauricio Pochettino’s agreement with Chelsea does not include any restrictions that would prevent him from taking on another managerial role.

According to The Sun, Pochettino, who is keen to continue his career in England, finds the England role potentially his best opportunity given the current lack of vacancies in top Premier League clubs.
Although the Football Association (FA) has yet to finalize a shortlist for the next Three Lions head coach, Pochettino’s extensive experience in English football and his impressive record of nurturing young talent make him a strong contender.
During his stint at Chelsea, he played a crucial role in the development of emerging talents such as Cole Palmer, further solidifying his credentials for the England job.

Chelsea’s settlement with Pochettino, which involves a £10 million payoff, marks a significant financial outlay for the club’s new ownership. Over the past two years, Chelsea has spent nearly £67 million ($85 million) on managerial changes.
This sum includes over £13 million ($16 million) in compensation each to former managers Thomas Tuchel and Graham Potter following their dismissals.
Additionally, Brighton & Hove Albion received £21 million ($26 million) in compensation when Potter moved to West London, and Leicester City was paid £10 million ($13 million) to release Enzo Maresca for Chelsea’s coaching staff.
The financial agreement for Pochettino’s departure also covers compensation for his coaching team. Jesus Perez, Miguel d’Agostino, Toni Jimenez, and Sebastiano Pochettino, all of whom were under contract at Stamford Bridge until the following summer, will receive payouts as part of the settlement.
