In a historic triumph, right-back Dani Carvajal propelled Real Madrid into the lead with a well-placed header from Toni Kroos’ corner in the 74th minute.
Shortly thereafter, Vinicius Junior sealed the victory by expertly firing a shot into the far corner, further cementing the Spanish giants’ status as the most successful club in Champions League history.
