Chelsea is set for a significant reshuffle in their attacking lineup this summer, with strikers Romelu Lukaku and Armando Broja expected to depart the Premier League club.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano disclosed this development on Thursday night via his official X handle (formerly Twitter) account.

He said:

“Chelsea will sign new striker this summer as part of next season plans but no negotiations or talks taking place for Victor Osimhen, with or without Lukaku in the deal.

“#CFC are not planning to go for Osimhen as of now.

“Lukaku and Broja, expected to leave.”

Lukaku, who has spent the season on loan at Inter Milan, is anticipated to continue his career in Italy. Meanwhile, Broja has garnered interest from Monaco, the prominent Ligue 1 club. As these potential exits loom, Chelsea is also contemplating a major acquisition to bolster their forward line.

The Blues have yet to make a definitive decision on pursuing Napoli’s prolific striker Victor Osimhen. The Nigerian forward has been in stellar form, making him a prime target for top European clubs. Chelsea’s management is carefully weighing their options as they aim to reinforce their squad for the upcoming season.
